CONTEST PRIZES BOOK GIVE-AWAYS PROMOTIONAL SAMPLES

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE
Prize winners, email Ella your mailing address within 3 days of winning the prize. Tell Ella the following things to claim your prize:
-- What did you think of the BAN radio show
-- What genre of books do you prefer
-- Your full name and mailing address for book delivery

Books are mailed out each Saturday morning via media mail. Expect delivery of your prizes in 14 days. Please post reviews of your prize books to Amazon or email the authors directly.

PROMOTE YOUR BOOK, BUSINESS OR PRODUCTS FOR FREE
If you would like to host contests on the BAN radio show, please email the producer, Ella Curry with the details of your contest. BAN Radio is accepting donation for our prize room. The address is listed below for all product or book donations. Email Ella at the following address with BAN Donations/Promotions as the subject line: edc_dg@yahoo.com

CONTESTS
Submit all the rules and policies for the deadlines to Ella. Each author is allowed one contest per month. You will have to create a commercial for your contest, so that we can play it on the BAN radio show. If you are promoting a book, we have to have a copy of the book before we start the contest.

DONATIONS
Authors, business owners and publishing houses may submit items or services for donations. We will need a high quality image of the products to post on our site. Please send business cards or postcards to go along with your donation. If you submit books for donation, please place your bookmarks or business cards in each book. The readers need a way to connect with you.

SAMPLES
We do not accept any food items or chemical items for give-aways. If you are submitting product samples, send a high quality image of the image and we will forward the winner's address to you. We do not want to be responsible for any items that could cause allergic reactions. We do accept gift certificates and discount coupons packaged in nice displays or envelopes.
